Mr. Duc Nguyen

Prior to the foundation of DebtRecovery and DNAS Lawyers, Mr. Duc Nguyen gained significant experience in legal and advisory businesses from his nearly 6 years of employment with KPMG, VILAF, VCI Legal, VinaSecurities, a subsidiary of VinaCapital and Techcombank working concurrently as a commercial lawyer, legal counsel and corporate finance consultant. His practice focuses on corporate clients in various fields of business from commercial, taxation, construction and real estate to M&A transactions, securities, corporate finance, banking, and insurance.

In addition, Mr. Duc Nguyen is also an active member of CFA and financial advisory communities in Vietnam.
