HCM CITY — Sài Gòn Thương Tín Joint Stock Commercial Bank (Sacombank) on Wednesday announced its annual shareholders’ meeting will be held online.
The meeting will take place on June 5 at the White Palace Convention Centre in Phú Nhuận District, HCM City. Shareholders will be able to submit their votes via an online platform.
Sacombank on May 26 proposed to shareholders the idea of an online meeting and 97 per cent passed it.
Sacombank shares (HoSE: STB) dropped 2.9 per cent to close Wednesday at VNĐ10,100 apiece. — VNS
