HCM CITY — Construction began on Saturday on the King Crown Infinity residential and commercial complex in HCM City’s Thủ Đức District.
With two 30-storey buildings, the King Crown Infinity is a high-end complex that combines a shopping mall, indoor pedestrian street and apartment building in a green ecosystem in order to maximize the enjoyment of living in a safe, dynamic and modern community with luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, art spillway, kids' playground, bar, gym, restaurant, library, water - show fountain, water stream and others.
Moreover, the residential area is designed according to five-star standards with smart home technology applied in each apartment, providing a modern, convenient and luxurious living space.
Located at 218 Võ Văn Ngân Street, Bình Thọ Ward, Thủ Đức District - a prime location in the future Thủ Đức Creative City - the project is connected directly to the main highways, and is only 5 - 10 minutes to Saigon High Tech Park and the city centre via the Hà Nội Highway and a planned Metro subway line.
The Gia Khang Trading Investment and Service Joint Stock Company is the owner of the project, while BCG Land Joint Stock Company is the developer. The Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tracodi) participates as construction contractor. All of these companies are subsidiaries of Bamboo Capital Group (BCG).
The project has a total investment cost of over VNĐ4 trillion (US$172.5 million) and is scheduled for sale launch in early 2021 and hand-over to customers in 2023.
